On Wednesday, July 28, your employee arrived to do our annual termite inspection. He went to the basement and immediately returned, saying he smelled gas. I was skeptical because I did not smell it, though my wife (who seldom visits the basement) said she did. I was still skeptical.!

We were extremely fortunate that he basically insisted that I call. The term “brow beat” comes to mind, but he was quite nice about it. Following his advice, I called the gas company and 911. Three fire trucks, an ambulance, and 15 to 20 firemen arrived in no time. They took the leak as seriously as your technician had. Sure enough, we had a gas leak. The firemen turned the gas off and ventilated the house, and the gas company guy tightened up a fitting. He said it had not been properly tightened when a contractor replaced the regulator in February. To top it all off, your technician called later in the day to check on us.!

So our thanks to him for telling us about the problem, and possibly averting a real disaster..

We recently began experiencing the signs of a mouse infestation at our church. We contacted two companies and asked to have their company send out a technician to look around the church and give us an estimate. After the first companies' representative we were impressed and ready to go with them. Since we had already made an appointment with Home Paramount and you already service my home I wanted to go ahead and honor the appointment and be able to compare prices. I never told my secretary or my property chairman that I already knew the second technician. I wanted their independent opinion before making a final decision. Today your technician came to our home for our quarterly treatment. We usually wish to have only the outside area treated. Today, we had an additional problem. We had been noticing small beetle-like insects in our kitchen. We captured and saved one of them in a small container. Your technician was able to identify the insect immediately and tell us what it would most likely be feeding on. He then helped us look through our cabinet and identify possible sources. We threw away the infested dog biscuits as well as some other products that might have been exposed.
